Thank you for choosing Infinite Healing Holistic Mobile Spa. To hold your reservation, all appointments require a 20% deposit and a minimum of sixty minutes worth of services per service area. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Payments in full are expected upon completion of the service(s) and will be paid via the credit cards on file. We accept all major credit cards. Should you prefer to pay via Zelle, PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo, then the total amount is due upfront. Please note: a ($20.00 per spa technician) travel fee is charged to all services located beyond a twenty mile radius from midtown Atlanta - zip code 30307 versus service location's complete address; a 20% gratuity is added to all services; and a parking fee is assessed for all services located at hotels and/or venues that charge for parking.
Individual Appointments require twenty-four hours notice to avoid a 50% charge of the total service fee. If you do not call to cancel your appointment, you will be charged the full amount of your service fee.
Your deposit, which confirms your spa party or large group event, must be received prior to seventy-two hours of the date and time of the party/event. A seventy-two hour notice is required for all cancellations to avoid a 50% charge of the total service fee - inclusive of individual recipients' cancellations. The host/organization and/or guest (service recipient) is responsible for the total service fee regarding a no-show. If you do not call to cancel your party or event, you will be charged the full amount of your services.
A fee of $30.00 per hour (per affected spa technician) is charged to all spa parties that run over the appointed time. This fee is not prorated.
All sales are finals. No refunds.

A credit card will be requested at the time of scheduling each individual massage to collect any of the aforementioned applicable fees once the individual service has been rendered. If you prefer to pay electronically other than via a credit card, then the applicable fees will be due prior to each individual service is rendered.
Do you travel?
Yes. We are equipped to bring the experience to you - individuals, couples AND groups, inclusive of corporations.
Where are you located?
We are mobile. We bring the experience to your home, place of business, hotel, clubhouse, retreat, etc.
Do you provide the services in a mobile spa, i.e., a vehicle?
No. We provide services inside of homes, businesses, hotels, etc. Mobile spa or mobile massage pertains to our ability to travel and bring the experience to you.
How far do you travel?
Services extend to Alpharetta, Atlanta, College Park, Conyers, Covington, Decatur, East Point, Gwinnett, Lithia Springs, Lithonia, Loganville, Marietta, Powder Springs, Riverdale, Roswell, Snellville, Stockbridge, Tucker, and more. Feel free to contact us directly to confirm if we provide service within your area if it is not listed. A $20.00/spa technician service charge is added to all service calls outside of a 20 mile radius from midtown Atlanta, zip code 30307.
Do you offer esthetic services?
No, we do not offer traditional facials or waxing services. However, we do offer a Self Facial Station and Facial Massages as spa party service options.
What's the difference between a pedicure and a foot treatment?
A foot treatment is a relaxing detox service designed to exfoliate and hydrate the skin as well as stimulate the body's circulatory system. It does not include nail care.

Are you able to accommodate same day appointment requests?
Sometimes. We prefer 24 to 48 hours notice. Weekend appointments are much harder to accommodate for same day requests. But, never assume the notice is too short. Give us a call now at 404-425-4840.
I'm thinking of scheduling a Couple's Massage. What do you bring?
We will bring our massage tables, sheets, bolsters, non-scented lubricant, and music.
How do Spa Parties Work? I've never organized anything like it. What do you supply?
Spa Parties are great ways to celebrate birthdays, baby showers, bachelorette parties, and just because you want to get together occasions. They're held in homes, hotel suites, club houses, schools, corporate offices, etc. Our spa party coordinator will discuss service options with you based upon the number of expected guests and the determined venue, and forward a 'service quote' upon your request. Once a reservation is made, then we ensure that everything pertaining to your service runs smoothly. We supply all of the equipment, supplies, and personnel needed to execute your service efficiently complete with relaxing music. The only thing we ask of you is access to water and electricity should you book a Foot Treatment and/or the Self Facial Station.
How far in advance do I need to book a Spa Party?
Two weeks in advance is great! However, we've been able to accommodate requests within 48 hours of the event. It just depends on our availability. Never assume the notice is too short. Give us a call now at 404-425-4840.
How many therapists do you supply for spa parties?
It depends on the number of guests being served and the number of different services being requested. We send enough therapists to ensure your spa party stays within a two and a half to three hour window.
Do you provide candles?
No. As of 2014, we stopped providing candles and tea lights to help prevent hazards.
